PAUD Anak Ceria is the facility under the auspices of the faculty of psychology which was established in 1995. PAUD Anak Ceria provides childcare service, early childhood education programs, and kindergarten. There are separate rooms for infants and toddlers. In addition, children in early childhood education programs, kindergarten; infant and toddler in childcare can use the playground together without limitation.

The childcare facility is open for the public, lecturers, staff, and students. Universitas Airlangga communities can get a special price in the childcare center starting from IDR 700.000. This childcare center is located on Jl. Srikana no.51 Surabaya which makes it easier for the Airlangga community to use this facility.

Universitas Airlangga optimizes the quality of education both in terms of expertise, skills as well as abilities of all students in order to have quality graduates. This is in accordance with the reflection of the third mission point in the Vision and Mission of Universitas Airlangga, namely "Devoting its expertise in the field of science, technology, and humanities to the society."

Many Universitas Airlangga graduates have held various important positions both in Indonesia and abroad. Lots of alumni work in prestigious companies as well as become successful entrepreneurs. It is because Universitas Airlangga graduates can be accepted and can be beneficial for the community, both as workers and as entrepreneurs.

In 2021, the number of students who have graduated is 8,128 students. Of the total number of student graduates, 5,653 are female students, while the number of male student graduates is 2,475. It can be concluded that 70% of the total number of graduate students are women.

In supporting quality education, Universitas Airlangga continues to improve the quality and facilities it has, so it is not surprising that the demand for prospective students who register on all entrances to Universitas Airlangga in all faculties and study programs is increasing every year.2021, where the number of female students accepted is 8,278 people. Meanwhile, for male students, 4,119 people were accepted. From the large number of female and male new students, it can be seen that 67% of new students at Universitas Airlangga in 2021 are women. However, Universitas Airlangga still ensures and is committed that the entire process of admitting new students and the entire process of studying at the university does not have any element of discrimination in any form.
