The Faculty of Vocational Studies at UNAIR organized a public speaking training program with the theme "Be the Speakers for the Future Career." This event was conducted online via the Zoom platform and was attended by 79 participants from various backgrounds, including UNAIR students.
The main objectives of this training are to enhance the public speaking skills of the community and UNAIR students. Participants were given the opportunity to learn effective public speaking techniques, verbal and non-verbal communications, as well as how to prepare strong speeches. They were also encouraged to practice and apply these skills.

Meanwhile, the Faculty of Economics and Business at UNAIR hosted a public speaking training program with the theme "Break the Stereotype, Everyone Can Do Anything." This event was held on FEB UNAIR's Fajar Hall, and 150 people from the Go-Jek Online Drivers Community (GASPOL) and Srikandi Roda Cooperation attended.
The purpose of this training is to break stereotypes and motivate participants to believe that every individual can achieve anything they desire. Participants gained insight into the importance of speaking confidently and effectively in various situations, particularly in the business world. They were also taught techniques to overcome the fear of public speaking and how to communicate ideas clearly and convincingly.
This initiative reflects UNAIR's role in supporting the development of participants' public speaking skills and abilities. It is hoped that this training will help the general public and UNAIR students improve their public speaking skills, open up better career opportunities, and inspire them to challenge stereotypes in society.
