Universitas Airlangga - In a serious effort to promote healthy living and prioritize preventive efforts, the KKN-BBK group from Universitas Airlangga recently carried out a sanitation outreach program at the Miftahul Ulum Panyeppen Madura Islamic Boarding School. This initiative aims to instill the importance of sanitation and hygiene among students, emphasizing their important role in ensuring a healthier and happier life.

Sanitation is undeniably the cornerstone of human well-being. It plays an important role in protecting individuals from various diseases and health hazards. Realizing this, the KKN-BBK group at the Miftahul Ulum Panyeppen Islamic Boarding School has a mission to provide valuable knowledge and practical skills related to sanitation to the students of the Miftahul Ulum Panyeppen Islamic Boarding School in Madura.

The program covers several important aspects of personal hygiene, including the correct technique for brushing your teeth, the importance of bathing twice a day, effective ways to remove dirt from the body, and the importance of washing clothes with clean water. By equipping students with this knowledge, outreach programs empower them to take responsibility for their health and well-being.

The importance of sanitation cannot be overstated. Access to clean water, good hygiene practices and a clean environment play an important role in preventing various diseases, especially those related to skin and oral health.
