SDGs NEWS – Universitas Airlangga (UNAIR) reaffirms its commitment to gender equity in the workplace by implementing a comprehensive and transparent pay monitoring system governed by Rector’s Decree No. 52/UN3/2020 on Payroll Standards. Through this policy, UNAIR ensures that every employee, regardless of gender, receives fair and proportional compensation based on roles, qualifications, and performance.
To guarantee transparency, the Finance Directorate provides each employee with a detailed salary breakdown, accessible in real time via the “Info Honor” feature on the CyberCampus application. This digital accessibility enables staff to independently verify income components, allowances, and deductions, strengthening financial openness within the institution.
Furthermore, the Human Resources Directorate conducts annual salary reviews disaggregated by gender, analyzing compensation data across comparable positions and workloads. Should any discrepancies be identified, immediate corrective measures, such as pay adjustments or policy revisions, are taken to eliminate inequities.
By adopting this evidence-based and accountable approach, Universitas Airlangga establishes a merit-driven, gender-responsive remuneration framework, positioning itself as a model for inclusive governance in higher education. Through continuous monitoring, digital transparency, and proactive intervention, UNAIR ensures that fairness is not only promised but consistently practiced.
